Sunday naptime. These kitties know that the best blankie to sleep on is a Betsy blankie.
Here, Sprocket had fallen asleep, taking up most of the blankie. Once he had fallen asleep, Scout sneaked up and tried to cuddle up on the rest of the blankie.
Once Sprockey woke up, Scout got out of there fast. (Sprockey gets real cranky if Scout comes too close.) I then spread out the blankie more and Scout came back to get his own spot on the sofa blankie.

Wow, I think my cat is a twin of your black and white cat. I had to do a double take when I saw the picture. :)
My girl weighs about 16 pds, and looks even bigger with the long fur!!!!!
I've been a fan of black and white tuxedos ever since I rescued Sprocket when he was 12 weeks old.
Sprocket (we call him Sprockey or Sprockidoodle although his full name is "Rear Sprocket"), is over 15 years old.
Sprockey was 16 pounds most of his life, until he developed feline hyperthyroidism. He barely weighs 12 pounds now, but he is slowly getting back to his ol' ornery self.
