I've been working on a new design of Hot/Cold Pack called the Shoulder Pack. It's based on the Xtra Large Hot/Cold Pack size.

As you can see, it's big enough to fit over Mr. Sprocket's wide shoulders. The pack balances on the shoulders through normal sitting, standing and bending without any attachments or clips.
